Creating a global brand experience for Seed Treatment by BASF

As the global branding, marketing and communications partner to BASF Agricultural Solutions, Global Prairie was asked to establish a global brand strategy for the agriculture leader’s Seed Treatment business that would unify its portfolio and brand experience across 6 crops, 12 markets and 30+ brands globally.

Working closely with the Seed Treatment team, we conducted internal insight gathering and external customer research that informed the creation of one shared global brand architecture and a compelling new brand positioning: Giving Seed Treatment Everything We’ve Got. Paired with a new creative strategy, this positioning captured BASF’s intentional commitment to this business for the long-term and to doing everything possible to help growers succeed. For BASF, seed treatment isn’t just another thing, it’s everything.

We helped BASF rollout this new global brand strategy internally and externally. Today, this platform continues to provide a unifying framework for global branding, marketing and communications for this important business unit.
