As the founder of Global Prairie, Anne inspires our team, counsels our clients, and upholds our vision as a purpose-driven marketing firm.

Anne instills an unwavering commitment to philanthropy and social impact in Global Prairie. She was the driving force behind our bold effort to become a Certified Benefit Corporation (B Corp), joining the ranks of companies such as Patagonia, Ben & Jerry’s, Seventh Generation, and Etsy. Prior to founding Global Prairie with Doug Bell, Anne drove unprecedented growth for one of Omnicom’s largest international agencies, where she was a member of the global operating committee and chair of the firm’s global health and biotechnology practice group.

Anne is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), serves as a director of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City, and has been a director on the holding company board (Blue Valley Ban Corp.) of Bank of Blue Valley since 2007. She is a member of the Civic Council of Greater Kansas City, serves on the Board of Directors of the Kansas City Area Life Sciences Institute, and is chair of the Regnier Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Henry W. Bloch School of Management at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Anne is also past chair of the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation and was elected the third woman and youngest business leader in 121 years to chair the Board of Directors of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce. While on the Board of the Chamber of Commerce, Anne was the leader who conceived of (and rallied the earliest animal health CEOs around) the innovative Kansas City Animal Health Corridor. Anne is a graduate of Wellesley College.
